I don’t have enough time. Will it take a long time to complete and do the steps to set up?
This is entirely self-paced. You could complete the entire course and steps in a week, OR over months. You have lifetime access to the course and bonuses, so take as long as you need!
However, I kept the lessons short and sweet so they would be easily digestible and fit into your busy life!
I don’t like social media and have no interest in working in it, but I want to earn an income online.
No worries! Social media management (or providing marketing services to business owners) isn’t of interest to everyone! You can go with the areas that are interesting to you like copywriting, graphics creation, video editing, etc., and specialize in that.
OR if you feel like Virtual Assisting (doing more administrative tasks) would be a better fit, I recommend Aubree Malick’s course the Prep.
How quickly can I earn money? How many hours do you have to work a day?
You can start earning money as soon as you have everything set up to start working with clients (that’s what I’m here to help you do!). I landed my first client in one week as an example. You can take on as many or as few clients as you would like and you might do more work for some clients (you get to decide), so the hours vary!
I don’t want to quit my job. Does this work part-time?
You get to decide how many clients you want to work with. You could work with 1 or 2 for a fantastic part-time income, or you can learn more so you can charge more, get more clients, and make this a full-time income!
Is this for people to learn how to be an influencer?
This course is for social media management, which aims to help business owners with services that relate to social media management, creating, posting, writing, editing, or scheduling content for that business.
Influencers or content creators aim to grow a platform and then work with business owners to create sponsored content on their OWN platforms (or sometimes that of the business).
The difference? Managing for the business vs. creating some pieces of content that promote the business.
What’s the difference between a freelance social media manager and getting a job as a social media manager?
This course speaks specifically to freelance social media managers, those who provide services to one (or multiple) businesses, without the perks or drawbacks of being an employee. Freelancers (unless specified) can work where and when they want. They are often paid more as well because they don’t get benefits and the business owners don’t generally provide training.
Getting a job as a social media manager would look like working for one specific business and getting paid an hourly or salaried rate (so this isn’t a great job to look for part-time, from home).
I want to be a…virtual Assistant, copywriter, freelance designer, TikTok manager….will this work for me?
If you want to start a business online to support business owners with digital marketing services, this will work for you. While the coursework is geared around terminology specific to social media management, the same process works with other digital marketing skills as well.
